We are proud to announce that our Operations Manager, Bleu Porter has been nominated for the ‘Heart’ Employee of the Year at the prestigious NatWest Business Woman Venus Awards (Southampton) to be held on Tuesday 24th June at St Mary’s Stadium. The nominations for this category have been whittled down from 233 entries and Bleu has been announced as one of the 10 finalists.
Bleu has been employed at AVKO for 12 years and has achieved a significant amount during her time here, including her recent promotion to Operations Manager. She always makes juggling a family and professional work life look like a breeze, so we felt she should be recognised for her achievements by being nominated for this award.
The NatWest Business Woman Venus Awards helps to give recognition to women in business that often have many additional responsibilities in family life, making success in their business life an even greater achievement to be acknowledged.
