Who we are
AVKO Limited (“AVKO”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a ‘data controller’ for the purposes of your personal data. This means that we determine the purpose and means of the processing of your personal data. You will find our contact details at the end of this policy (see ‘How to contact us’).

If you fail to provide personal data
Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

We will always treat your personal data with the utmost respect and never sell or share it with other organisations for marketing purposes.

Depending on the circumstances, we may share your personal data with any member of our group of companies, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company Hangar 49 Group Ltd, and its subsidiaries Avko Interior Limited.

KEEPING YOUR PERSONAL DATA SECURE
We have put in place reasonable and appropriate security measures to endeavour to prevent personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed unlawfully. We limit access to your personal data to those who have a genuine business need to access it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
All personal data you provide to us is stored on secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
